Stop the Ongoing Tutsi Killings in DRC
​​The world promised "Never Again" after the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi in Rwanda, but history is tragically repeating itself in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). We urgently appeal to the international community to stop the ongoing genocide and ethnic violence against Tutsis in Congo.

Over 1,000,000 Tutsis were killed in just 100 days while the world stood by watching. The international community failed to intervene despite clear warning signs.

Post-1994: Genocidal Forces Flee to Congo
The FDLR (Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda), a group involved in the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi in Rwanda, escaped into Congo where they continue to terrorize and kill Congolese civilians, particularly targeting Tutsis and Rwandaphones​​​.

Current Crisis: DRC Government Complicity and Genocidal Ideology
Alarmingly, some FDLR members have been integrated into the Congolese military. The DRC government's complicity in promoting anti-Tutsi ideology, including hate speech and active engagement in Tutsi extermination, has exacerbated the situation.
